HOW TO ADD/EDIT/DELETE PRESCRIPTION ?
To Add a New Prescription, follow the below steps:-
- Login to admin panel
- Go to Prescription
It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Prescription’. It shows three tabs as follows:-
(1). Add New Prescription :- Click here to Add a New Prescription, Enter all the required fields as follow:-
(a) Date :- Choose the date of prescription
(b) Patient :- Select the name of the patient
(c) Case History :- Enter the case history of patient
(d) Medication :- Enter the medication details
(e) Note :- Enter the note if any
After entering all the required details Click on ‘Save’ button.
(2). Edit Prescription :- Select the desired Prescription from the list & Click here to edit existing Prescription. It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Edit Prescriptions’.
After editing the existing details of the Member, Click on ‘Update’ button.
(3). Delete Prescription :- Select desired Prescription from the list to delete & Click here to delete existing Prescription.
