HOW TO MANAGE EXPENSE & INVENTORY

To manage Expense & Inventory , follow the below mentioned steps:-

  • Login to admin panel
  • Go to Expense / Inventory

It will show you four options : -

* Category

* Vendor / Staff

* Expenses

* Inventory

1). Category - Click on category , you will get 3 options - add category , edit & delete .

a). Add New Category - Click here to Add New Category , Enter the required fields as follows:-

After Entering all the details Click on ‘Save’ button.

(b). Edit  -- Click here to edit any existing category details. It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Edit categories’. Edit details as follow:-

Edit the existing Client Details and Click on ‘Update’ button.

(c) . Delete - Select desired category to delete & Click here to delete the existing category.

2). Vendor / Staff - Click on Vendor / Staff , you will get 3 options - add new vendor/staff , edit & delete. .

a). Add New Vendor / Staff - Click here to Add New Vendor / Staff , Enter the required fields as follows:-

After Entering all the details Click on ‘Save’ button.

(b). Edit  -- Click here to edit any existing vendor / staff details. It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Edit vendor / staff’. Edit details as follow:-

Edit the existing Vendor / Staff Details and Click on ‘Update’ button.

(c) . Delete - Select desired vendor / staff to delete & Click here to delete the existing vendor / staff.

3). Expenses - Click on expenses , you will get 3 options - add new expenses edit & print. 

a) Add New Expense -Click here to Add New Expense , Enter the required fields as follow:-

After Entering all the details Click on ‘Save’ button.

(b). Edit  -- Click here to edit any existing expense details. It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Edit expense’. Edit details as follow:-

(c) .Print -- With option , you can get the print out of the expense sheet.

4) Inventory --Click on inventory , you will get 3 options - add new expenses edit & print. 

a). Add New Inventory -Click here to Add New Inventory , Enter the required fields as follow:-

After Entering all the details Click on ‘Save’ button.

(b). Edit  -- Click here to edit any existing inventory details. It will navigate you to the other page, titled ‘Edit inventories’. Edit details as follow:-

(c) .Print -- With option , you can get the print out of the inventory sheet.
