DETAILS ABOUT QUICK ACTIONS

Under Quick Action , we have below mentioned options :-

* Add New Contact

*Add New Property 

* Add New Lead

*Add New Deal

* Add New Expense

*Add New Purchase

a) Add New Contact :- On clicking on this option , it will navigate you to other page named 'Add Client ' and will show you an applicant form. Fill the form with with the required details as shown below:-

a) Name of the applicant :- Enter the desired name of the applicant.

b) Father's /Husband Name: - Enter either father's / Husband's name.

c) Address :-  Enter the desired address details of the applicant.

d) District :- Enter the name of the district.

e) State :- Enter the state.

f) Pin code :- Enter the pin code.

g) Nationality :- Enter the nationality.

h) Pan :- Enter the Pan number

i) Date Of Birth :- Enter the DOB of the applicant.

j) Occupation with detail :- Enter the occupation of the applicant.

k) Mobile :- Enter the mobile number.

l) E-mail :- Enter the mobile number.

m) Photo :- Upload the photo of the applicant.

n) Identity Proof :- Upload the ID proof of the applicant.

o) Address Proof :- Upload the address proof of the applicant.

p) Co- Applicant :- Select the co - applicant.

After entering the details , click on the " Save " button.

2). Add New Property: - With this option , you can add new property details , as shown below :-

a) Project :- Select the project name.

b) Property Name :- Enter the property name.

c) Type :- Select the type of property.

d) Available For :- Select the availability.

e) Comments / Remark :- Enter the comment or remark about the property , if required.

f) Add photo :- Upload photos of the property.

g) Add document :- Upload the necessary documents.

After entering the details , click on the " Save " button.

3) . Add New Lead :-  With this option , you can add new lead details as shown below :-

4) . Add New Deal :- With this option , you can add new deal with any client ,  as shown below :-

a). Deal On :- Enter / Search the client name.

b) .Deal For :- Select the deal ( whether commercial / Residential ).

c) Project :- Select the project . Search the property name.

d)Flat/Plot Name :- Select the flat/ plot name.

e) Invoice :- Enter the invoice details.

f)Invoice Date :- Enter the invoice date.

g) Booking Amount :- Enter the booking amount of the property.

h) Area / Amount / Discount :- Enter the area , amount and discount details.

i) Payment Method :- Select the payment method. ( whether monthly basis etc.)

j) Agent , If any :- If any agent is involved , select from the drop down option.

k) Comments / Remarks :- Enter any remark , if required about the deal.

After entering the details , click on the " Save " button.

5). Add New Expense :- With this option , you can add any new expense details ,  as shown below :-

a) Project :- Select the project.

b) Category Name :- Select the category name .

c) Vendor / Staff Name :- Select the vendor /staff name.

d) Invoice Number  :- Enter the invoice number.

e) Invoice Date :- Enter the invoice date.

f) Invoice Amount :- Enter the invoice amount.

g) Remarks :- Enter any remark , if required.

After entering the details , click on the " Save " button.

6) Add New Purchase :- With this option , you can add any new purchase details ,  as shown below :-

a) Project :- Select the Project Name

b) Seller Name :- Enter the Seller Name.

c) Seller Address :- Enter the seller address.

d) Seller mobile :- Enter the seller mobile number.

e) Property name :- Enter the property name.

f) Property Area :- Enter the area details of the property.

g) Property Amount :- Enter the amount of the property.

h) Property Description :- Enter the description about the property.

i) Remarks :- Enter the remark , if required.

After entering the details , click on the " Save " button.
